The pools were amazing, and the gym were well equipped. the room was spacious, it was clean upon arrival. the food at the pub was nice. Starbucks also offered quick service.

i found the beds amazing. i slept well, the rooms were spacious. the staff were friendly (it made a big difference). simple check in and out processes were convenient.

i thought the price was expensive. the sky tv in the room did not work and the tv volume did not go below 10.

The accessible room I received had issues. Red cords were everywhere which I did not require. There was also a puddle in the wet room floor. I tried to change rooms, but reception was often unattended. This. My drink order also took 30 minutes at the restaurant bar.

I found the staff to be lovely and they answered all my questions. The room had a view of the golf course and the 19th hole. I enjoyed the pool for an hour.

There was no phone in the room for contacting reception in case of an emergency. I tried to message through the app, but it did not work. I tried calling the hotel on my mobile, but it was out of hours.
