solid stay, minor blips

I found the breakfast quite good. there was much choice. the location worked well with easy access by tram, just across the road. the staff impressed me. They seemed hardworking and kept the communal areas well maintained. the room had available parking, costing £17.00 each night.
the television remote wasn't working. the battery was flat. also the heating wasn't working, due to dirt clogging the vent.

the room included a comfortable sofa bed, offering extra space. housekeeping maintained excellent standards. beds were comfortable with ample towels, tea, coffee, and milk provided.

underwhelming stay
cramped roomsmall buffet
the room felt cramped. two double beds barely fit, so moving around was a challenge. also, the breakfast setup was chaotic. the buffet was too small for the crowd. this meant constant queues and items running out. it was a bit too much for one morning

The room had a good shower. Late bar access was convenient. I found lots of parking spaces available. It cost £17.00 per night. The location was quiet away from central areas.
The in-room TV didn't work . Staff told me it was an area issue.

The communal areas are very well maintained by staff who are pleasant. Breakfast has a large choice in addition to the cooked options. A tram stop is located across the road allowing easy access to all areas.

The immediate area is calmer than the North Pier and Tower surroundings. The promenade and beach are near the hotel. The site makes the hotel relatively far from the central area.

The staff are helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff gave a friendly welcome along with local information. Breakfast food is hot and staff always replenish it. The hotel is clean.

underwhelming stay
uncomfortable bedweak wifi
the room i got, a 'double room two double beds non-smoking', felt smaller than expected (i guess it was?). the bed was not very comfortable. also, the wifi signal was weak, especially during the evening. this made it difficult to stream anything without constant buffering. i think they need to improve their internet infrastructure.
