clean room comfortable bed helpful staff
the room was clean the bed was comfortable i found a kettle with tea and coffee the bar offered a nice selection of drinks at a fair price i would stay here again for a convenient overnight stay the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my visit
the parking spaces were quite tight i had some difficulty maneuvering my car into a spot

some issues impacted my stay.
parking problem mold issue
Parking was a real problem. i booked expecting parking and found none upon arrival. this meant i had to park far away and walk alone at night with my luggage. It felt quite unsafe. also, i experienced some issues with the room cleanliness. the bathroom had mold and everything felt worn.

The staff checked me in quickly! and check-out was equally efficient. my room had a huge tv! the car park was quite convenient. it costs £2 for overnight parking. This is quite reasonable. the bar area was also nice.
the heating was difficult to adjust in the room.

the room was big and clean. the shower was great with good water pressure. i also found the bed to be quite comfy.
staff were quite rude when i tried to check in. the parking situation is horrendous and spaces are limited. the tv in my room didn't work properly, disappointing.

the downstairs decor is beautiful i thought. the staff seemed very professional to me. i found the room spacious and the bed comfortable too.
the free wifi was only available in the lobby, i think.
