Mensagem Restaurant, located on the 5th floor, has an interior room with eight niches and private windows overlooking Lisbon, as well as a lounge area and two terraces. The location was very convenient. The staff were warm and helpful, assisting me with changing clothes upon my early arrival. I also used the gym and spa . The minibar was free. It was modestly stocked.

The room was not serviced correctly , I had to get sugar from the restaurant. I also had to ask for an extra robe. There was a lot of noise , it kept me awake.

The hotel is close to the city center, so getting around was easy.

My room reminded me of it was in the basement. Anyone could look in from the street. This meant I couldn't open the windows. (I understand the hotel was fully booked so a room change was impossible). The bathroom sink also had standing water. The drain was likely blocked.

The staff were friendly. Yasoja greeted us warmly each day. Our room had a view of the castle. The bed was large and very comfortable. My partner enjoyed the espresso machine on the balcony. The couples massage and spa were very relaxing after walking and eating.
