“What struck me is the generous size of the rooms, some with balconies, and the especially thoughtful touch of in-room water purifiers and laundry machines; plus, its position strikes a nice balance, removed from the city's frenzy yet close to Belém's charm. I particularly like the rooftop bar, offering river views and perfectly mixed Cosmopolitans, and the serene spa, setting it apart. I'd say that this hotel is a very comfortable base.”

The room had a very comfortable bed and a silent air conditioning system. I found a washer and dryer inside the suite, useful. The room included an expansive balcony accessed from both the living room and bedroom.
The rooftop bar required a minimum spend per person, making a quick visit difficult.

the breakfast had nice options. the location were the best of the all trip, because it was so close to many interesting places. the staff were VERY friendly.
i was unable to use rooftop bar. it seemed almost impossible even just to take a look before reserving. i couldn't just have a drink and there was minimum spend of 25euros per person to use THIS.

The hotel has a water purifier machine in the rooms. There is a separate bedroom for children which worked well. The breakfast features a delicious selection. I appreciate the gym facilities. It has all i needed. The location is great to see the bridge.
The cleaning service was not consistent. Some staff members did not seem happy to work there. Reception took too LONG to answer.

The Viceversa restaurant has very tasty food that i could appreciate. It has a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The presentation of the dishes are appealing and the service is attentive.

The staff is eager to please and are friendly. The staff were helpful always and attentive. They always solved all my problems and I am very grateful for the service and I enjoyed it all.
