quick email friendly staff
the hotel found my airpods. they quickly emailed me to confirm they found them. i was able to pick them up a few days later without issue. the staff was friendly.
the hotel overbooked our room type. they gave us a room with a balcony but just one queen bed.

studio apartment air conditioning comfy bed pool area breakfast variety basic breakfast
The studio apartment was well equipped. I found a washer and dryer and air conditioning working perfectly. The bed was big and comfy. I liked the kitchenette area. A metro station near was very close. It made travel to the airport easy.
The pool area seemed insufficient for the number of guests. I only managed to get a sun chair once . The breakfast was basic and boring after a few days. Cleaning happened only once .

The location IS excellent. It is right next to the metro station. The gym HAS all the equipment I needed for a good workout. I also found the restaurant food to be quite good.
I found the bed to be a little uncomfortable. The air conditioning did NOT work very well. THE room wasn't cleaned . This wasn't mentioned before I booked

The hotel had a great location near transport links. the rooms were clean. And the staff were friendly. i liked the modern decor throughout the building. the historical elements added to the charm. the pool was a nice addition. It.

the restaurant offers a very good dining experience. the breakfast had a great offer with friendly staff. i found the restaurant especially fine. it provided a pleasant start to the day.

The hotel is near many restaurants. the hotel is also within walking distance of main areas. proximity to the metro is very convenient. security is good too. I felt safe at all times.

The hotel complex has a cool little pool in the courtyard. the courtyard with the pool, bar and restaurant is beautiful. But the pool area felt insufficient. the hotel also offers nice restaurants.
