a good experience in the city center

i was very happy with my room facing the square. it had great soundproofing due to the balcony doors and i couldn't hear anything when they were closed. the included breakfast was extensive and delicious. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout my stay!

the lack of an in-room safe was slightly inconvenient for securing valuables during the day.

Really good Stay in the Heart of It All

The location was GREAT. Tram stops were just outside. The room was spacious. The shower had really DECENT pressure and warm water. The breakfast had great choice with cereal, yoghurt, fruit, and hot food. A pianist played in a nearby room during breakfast, a very nice touch.

The hotel has no soundproof doors and windows good enough. I could hear my neighbors. I could also hear drunken people shouting at 1 am or 2 am.

i found the breakfast very good. a piano player accompanied it adding a special touch to the morning. the staff were very helpful and always ready to assist..

The room i had was quite small. it was difficult to move around comfortably especially in the bathroom. soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noises clearly at night.. that affected my sleep quality.

noisy streetunhelpful staff

my stay had a couple issues. there was no visible sign to show the hotels entrance. it looked like a random door on a noisy street. the room i got seemed like a cave with no air. it smelled of mold and the window faced a utility area. i found the mattress was old and squeaky and also very narrow. i could not sleep properly and ended up with a bad back. the staff was unhelpful.
