the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of items and the coffee was amazing. the hotel offered a skydoor pool, steam room, sauna, and a well-equipped gym. restaurants at the hotel were beautiful and convenient, so there was no need to leave the hotel.

the minibar contained only water, and room service was not available. the spa locker rooms were reserved for people with booked treatments. this information was not communicated beforehand and the staff communicated this rudely as i headed to the locker room door.

I must mention an issue I encountered with the carpets. These had several noticeable red stains. The minibar only had water available. I found the lack of room service inconvenient.
