The staff was helpful and pleasant. This was important. The room, a Beautiful King Room City View, was fantastic. Personal touches were added prior to my arrival, thoughtful.

I found NOTHING nearby, such as shopping or restaurants. The restaurants seemed overpriced. This appears to be a hotel mainly for cruise travelers.

the staff were friendly and helpful making my visit special. rita from guest relations gave me great advice on places i should visit and the best ways to travel around. she was amazing and super friendly i was happy with the service. daniel in the sky lounge answered all my questions. he gave us some great advice on things i could do and see. i was happy with the service.

i found that the music from the hotel's soul restaurant continued until midnight at extreme volume. the bass shook the windows which was uncomfortable. a complaint will produce the offer of a room switch but who wants to do that in the middle of the night i wish it would have been fixed
