arpana expedited our check-ins efficiently. ajay and the concierge team arranged all travel needs. the infinity pool was enjoyable, kiran, the lifeguard, was hospitable.
the check-in process was a bit slow. it took longer than expected, but the staff was helpful after that.

The breakfast options are good. I found the offer rich and the food pretty good. there was awesome food at the hotel, and chef siddharth took good care of us, i recommend the food here.

The premium king room was spacious, and elegantly designed, also equipped with modern amenities. the ac kept the rooms free of mosquitoes. I found the structure very useful for this purpose. it was perfect, i really liked it.

the hotel staff is well-spoken and sophisticated. the management is friendly and available always. the staff was kind and attentive, i appreciated their support. i was greeted with warm hospitality and perfect service.

The hotel is magnificient and well managed. the interiors are beautiful. I really loved them. the proximity to the airport is useful. It made my travel easier. the sakinak metro station is at walking distance if you want to avoid road traffic.

i appreciated the clean rooms. the staff was polite and professional. check-in was smooth. the food quality also felt good.
the smoke alarm had a flashing indicator light. this light was very noticeable in complete darkness. it was like a strobe light. there was also loud music coming from a bar across the street.

the room was clean kiran from housekeeping did nice work i found the check-in procedure seamless and quick i was able to settle in without delay overall it was a good experience the service was prompt. the staff resolved issues efficiently. this. the hotel's management was effective even when corporate guests were present it kept things pleasant.
i noticed the hotel can become quite busy with corporate events it affected the general atmosphere somewhat i hope this is something they can manage better

The fitness trainer, Mr Justin, provided tailored workouts. He has a motivational approach. Breakfast had delicious cakes. The room servicing was excellent. Abhisek was very good with his service. At midnight, Irfan took my order and served food quickly.
The entrance way was ill-lit, and my wife tripped. They did not notice or provide help. The female door staff did not budge. I WON'T be returning. I had an average stay experience.

The gym is quite comprehensive. It is clean, with magnificent views! Mitesh, the gym instructor, is very attentive. He assists me with the machines and provides exercises that I can do without machines.
I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. I found it is situated in a very populated area full of traffic. It took a good forty minutes to get to the airport! The staff at the reception took ages for check-in and check-out.
