Really good Service and Great Amenities!
warm service smooth check-in attentive staff birthday surprise
The front desk team, including Mayank and Simran, provided very warm service. Manager Gaurav ensured a smooth check-in process. Staff was attentive and eager to assist with every request. The breakfast staff surprised me with a birthday cake and song, that was very nice.
The room was fine. shower caps were not provided and had to be requested, and that was a bit inconvenient.
