the room was spacious and clean the staff were very respectful of our space. the location was good it was near shops and restaurants. the front desk was always helpful when i had questions.

i could hear all the noise from outside the window isolation is poor. the music in the corridors every morning woke us up it was not relaxing.

The room was very clean and well-equipped.

The reception could not find a taxi for the airport after promising one the night before I waited outside a long time. the room was noisy I heard the street traffic despite closed windows. The air conditioning unit blasted cold air directly or turned off completely.

welcome juicecomplimentary teawashing machine

the staff greeted us with welcome juice and complimentary tea.. the kids received toys and enjoyed ice cream plus popcorn. the cleanliness was excellent. i found the room very well-equipped with basic equipment and a washing machine, that was a bonus.

the street outside was very noisy even with the windows closed. i could hear car horns.

An Acceptable Stay, but Improvements Needed

the air conditioning was subpar. It struggled to cool the room adequately. This caused some discomfort during warmer periods. the front desk was unable to find a taxi to the airport. I had requested one the evening before. I waited outside for twenty minutes before they found one.

strong cooking smellsunclean room

i booked what i thought were quiet room but it wasn't. there were really strong cooking smells coming through the vents. this was very annoying and did ruin my relaxing stay. the smells were constant and unavoidable so the room felt unclean.
