comfortable bed perfect pillow
the room layout pleased me greatly the bed felt very comfortable. the pillow was perfect i slept soundly each night of my stay.
the music was annoying until late one night this prevented sleep despite my informing reception.

fantastic hotel experience
attentive staff excellent service safe experience
i was very charmed by the staff, who were attentive. sophia at reception. sharon provided excellent service. amin always helped with absolute professionalism. the guys in front made sure we were safely and comfortably leaving the car.
there was an unpleasant smell from the shower several times. it was also the same in the women's changing room next to the pool. i really question what's up with the water system there.

the room was very spacious, with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the creek. the private balcony offered a great spot. i found two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

the pool area had many loungers and a shaded section. the gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. the kids club was well-equipped and provided a safe, fun environment for children.

the hotel had easy access to waterfront promenades with restaurants and cafes. a pharmacy and several markets were located nearby. the hotel's position offered convenient access to local attractions, which i appreciated.

excellent design lighting control attentive waiter
the hotel design is excellent. the lighting control in the room offered options like relaxed ambiance and nighttime settings. breakfast was very good. the waiter, hari, was cute, attentive, and polite.
the location requires a car to travel to many places.

wonderful stay in a superb location
creek view room late checkout friendly staff
nan and monir greeted me warmly, i loved their smiles. the staff at the pool, especially bijay, were kind. i received an upgrade to a creek view room. i was also offered a late checkout.
the valet parking gave me some trouble. during my first day, my car's side window was broken, i was very disappointed. i would have preferred to avoid the incident.

the creek view beautiful room king included a comfortable king bed. the room had ample space for luggage and clothing. i loved the amazing view from the windows.

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It was well-equipped. the restaurant offered a wide variety of cuisines, i really liked it. the infinity pool overlooks the skyline.

the hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and cafés. a pharmacy and multiple markets are within walking distance. it is right next to the promenade.
