the room layout pleased me greatly the bed felt very comfortable. the pillow was perfect i slept soundly each night of my stay.
the music was annoying until late one night this prevented sleep despite my informing reception.

I received a room upgrade during check in. It was a lovely surprise. the hotel, facilities and staff was all fantastic. the area has a lot to do already without being overwhelming like some other areas. the hotel is quiet, and the service feels excellent.
i smelled an unpleasant odor from the shower several times. this also happened in the women changing room next to the pool. it makes me question the water system.

fantastic hotel experience

i was very charmed by the staff, who were attentive. sophia at reception. sharon provided excellent service. amin always helped with absolute professionalism. the guys in front made sure we were safely and comfortably leaving the car.
there was an unpleasant smell from the shower several times. it was also the same in the women's changing room next to the pool. i really question what's up with the water system there.

the room was very spacious, with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the creek. the private balcony offered a great spot. i found two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

the pool area had many loungers and a shaded section. the gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. the kids club was well-equipped and provided a safe, fun environment for children.

the hotel design is excellent. the lighting control in the room offered options like relaxed ambiance and nighttime settings. breakfast was very good. the waiter, hari, was cute, attentive, and polite.
the location requires a car to travel to many places.

wonderful stay in a superb location

nan and monir greeted me warmly, i loved their smiles. the staff at the pool, especially bijay, were kind. i received an upgrade to a creek view room. i was also offered a late checkout.
the valet parking gave me some trouble. during my first day, my car's side window was broken, i was very disappointed. i would have preferred to avoid the incident.
