The room was very spacious. The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful when I needed advice about local attractions. The customer service was very good!
The walls are too thin, I could hear neighbor snoring.

a sweet escape
friendly staff better room
The reception staff were very friendly. i especially appreciated john dereba from kenya. He was professional and helped us understand the area. vivite and her colleagues at the front desk were wonderful and gave us a much better room after hearing about my wife's health.

polite staff buffet options
The breakfast service was AMAZING!!! The staff was very courteous and helpful. They provided a variety of buffet options . The hotel's location is central, with easy access to taxi, bus, and metro services.
The swimming pool water seemed just a LITTLE dirty.
