Excellent Metro Access and Spacious Suites

I appreciated the proximity to the Metro Rail. It made travel convenient. I also found the location on Shaikh Zayed Road very useful. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The gym provided a spacious workout area.
The hotel promised a birthday cake but did not follow through on the request, disappointing.

The One Bedroom Suite King included plenty of room. It allowed us to relax. The room contained two separate sinks. It provided convenience. A rainfall shower was also available.

The gym had three treadmills. It allowed for simultaneous use. I noticed two stationary bikes. They was in good condition. The pool area included twenty loungers.

The hotel is close to a metro station. The connectivity is great. Several restaurants are nearby. The options were diverse. Taxis are readily available too.

the rooms included spacious layouts, and the beds were comfortable. i liked that the location provided quick access to nearby attractions. the staff demonstrated consistent politeness and efficient service throughout my stay.

the gym had sufficient equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. the pool area included a large pool plus a dedicated children's pool. there are also several dining options that offered variety.

the hotel is near a metro station, so travelling around the city proved simple. many key landmarks and shopping areas were only a short taxi ride from the hotel. the area felt safe and accessible at all times.

water temperature bathroom flooding
The water temperature was difficult to adjust. The bathroom floor would flood each time the shower was used, A PROBLEM affecting most rooms. These issues detracted from the overall experience. I think the hotel should address these maintenance concerns SOON.

convenient location friendly staff decent breakfast ineffective ac long wait confrontational attendant
the location was convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. the breakfast offered a decent selection.
the ac in my room was not working effectively. a technician suggested closing the curtains as a workaround, but this felt inadequate. valet parking experienced multiple issues, including long wait times. i observed one instance where a valet attendant seemed confrontational over a brief parking duration.
