varied breakfast hot jacuzzi
i loved that it was close to my office, only a short walk. my room on the 64th floor had fine views, i was so impressed! the staff was friendly and helpful and. it was just fantastic. breakfast was varied with a pleasant temperature in the pool. plus i really enjoyed the hot jacuzzi, it added a touch of luxury.
the lifts were often busy. i sometimes experienced waiting a bit longer than i'd like.

Excellent stay!
free upgrade great view spacious room
i had a really great stay. ahmed even bumped us up to a free room upgrade. the view featured the museum of the future, emirates towers and even the burj khalifa right from our room. the room was spacious and up to standard.
everything in the buffet that night was fish, and my daughter could not partake, so the chef immediately prepared a different dish. i would have liked some more options readily available.

The pool area provided a perfect place for relaxation. I noticed many guests unwinding there during the day, and it looked amazingly clean and well-kept throughout my stay.

All the staff were warm, cute and genuinely kind. I really appreciated their professional demeanor and attentiveness to guest needs, especially during busy periods at the reception desk.

The location proved super convenient. I saw it situated right in front of the metro, made accessing many different areas quite easy and fast. Plus, it's very close to many landmarks.

excellent location clean room busy elevator poor organization
the location was excellent. the emirates towers metro station was right next door (this made getting around very easy). the premium king room was very clean.
the elevator was very busy. i sometimes waited 15-20 minutes to go down from the 56th floor for breakfast. the organization for breakfast and lunch could be improved too. there was not enough space for so many people and the head waiter seated three at a table for two.

central location helpful staff
the hotel is central. staff help made check in and check out process simple. the room we stayed in, the executive suite, was spacious and clean i like it.
the tv had issues the channels were not working it was under maintenance. plus, the iron was old i was unsure about settings for my clothes.

food is fresh, even when you ate late, the staff prepare it. breakfast and dinner have good options. the 24/7 in-house restaurant meets different schedule needs.

my room featured a good view from the bed it was nice. the room also has crisp white refurbished with lights. the rooms have contemporary interior giving a refreshed sense of stay.

faulty shower late fix
the hotel is located near the metro, a real advantage for getting around (i appreciated this!).
i was quite disappointed with the room i booked. the shower did not work properly. although the hotel team sent a technician after i requested it, it was too late at night to properly fix it.

great location large bathroom car parking
the location is great with easy access to the metro. my superior king room included a large bathroom and big bedroom. the hotel provided car parking services and the staff was amazing especially radia who helped me a lot.
the hotel is a bit old and needs refurbishment. i feel some furniture was worn.
