i loved that it was close to my office, only a short walk. my room on the 64th floor had fine views, i was so impressed! the staff was friendly and helpful and. it was just fantastic. breakfast was varied with a pleasant temperature in the pool. plus i really enjoyed the hot jacuzzi, it added a touch of luxury.

i sometimes experienced waiting a bit longer than i'd like.

i had a really great stay. ahmed even bumped us up to a free room upgrade. the view featured the museum of the future, emirates towers and even the burj khalifa right from our room. the room was spacious and up to standard.

everything in the buffet that night was fish, and my daughter could not partake, so the chef immediately prepared a different dish. i would have liked some more options readily available.

the location was excellent. the emirates towers metro station was right next door (this made getting around very easy). the premium king room was very clean.

i sometimes waited 15-20 minutes to go down from the 56th floor for breakfast. the organization for breakfast and lunch could be improved too. there was not enough space for so many people and the head waiter seated three at a table for two.

the hotel is central. staff help made check in and check out process simple. the room we stayed in, the executive suite, was spacious and clean i like it.

the tv had issues the channels were not working it was under maintenance. plus, the iron was old i was unsure about settings for my clothes.

the hotel is located near the metro, a real advantage for getting around (i appreciated this!).

i was quite disappointed with the room i booked. the shower did not work properly. although the hotel team sent a technician after i requested it, it was too late at night to properly fix it.

the hotel is a bit old and needs refurbishment. i feel some furniture was worn.
