the location was FANTASTIC, close to many attractions. breakfast had a huge selection of food items. they even gave us welcome gifts of local chocolates and a handwritten welcome note. burj fireworks were easily visible from the hotel.
i noticed a very slight inconvenience, as there was no assistance available for luggage handling.

the location was acceptable, and it offered convenient access to nearby city walk shops (not that i needed them).
I found the in-room temperature difficult to control. The air conditioning unit struggled to cool the room below 21 degrees celsius. the room felt warm despite my adjustments, annoying.

i found the service to be very helpful they allowed an earlier check-in after a long travel day i really appreciated this. the breakfast selection had plentiful options, even for vegetarians. the location was convenient near city walk and the metro station.
the air conditioning was difficult to adjust i could not get the temperature right. the room was either too cold or too warm this made it hard to get comfortable.

the room was tidy (i stayed in rover room shuttle bus to the beach & dubai mall). i noticed the free water in the room and at the pool, which i appreciated. the hotel's proximity to various shops in the area was also beneficial. the pool area had ample seating.
i found the breakfast to be disappointing (the scrambled eggs did not taste like eggs). the service for food and beverages was notably slow. i waited for an extended time to get a drink, even when the bar was not crowded.
