the room was spacious and it was clean.

i was disappointed that there was no bathtub in my room. i had specifically booked a room with a bathtub, as i was looking forward to relaxing after a stressful week but the room didn't have one. i was told i would have to pay extra to move to a room with a bathtub.

the resort offered an warm welcome i was able to check in early at 7am i had a buffet breakfast then enjoyed a massage at the spa the weather was hot and the pools were cool al hadheerah dinner was tremendous i received a personal gift bag. this desert trip was my best decision yet. the staff were always warm and cute i had an enjoyable time.

the main pool was unavailable this meant that the other pools were more crowded i also noticed that the outdoor showers were not working this was a minor inconvenience overall.

staff members are friendly and helpful they provided attentive service and readily assisted with any requests the team's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my visit they maintained a cheerful professional approach.

the hotel provides a peaceful desert setting it's a tranquil oasis away from the city crowd the resort blends traditional arabian charm with luxury i appreciated the serene ambiance and amazing views.

the gym and spa facilities are excellent i enjoyed a massage and found the amenities well kept the pools offered a refreshing escape from the desert heat there is a good choice of dining options available at the resort.

adequate stay, but not excellent

small roomsynthetic experience

i had some issues with my room. it was smaller than i anticipated, a letdown. also, the room lacked a bathtub. i found the experience quite synthetic, especially noticing the concrete under the sand dunes, which detracted from the desert feel.
