Absolutely Charmed by My Stay!

My room featured two separate sinks, which I found very practical. A rainfall shower added to the luxurious feel. The hotel also provides complimentary water and coffee, I was grateful for this nice touch. The size of the rooms is really good!!!

The room keys kept malfunctioning. This was a slight inconvenience.

the room keys malfunctioned frequently! i had to go to the reception to get new ones. this was inconvenient, especially after going to the 18th floor. the hotel staff did not assist me with visa problems, wasting two days.

The room had a nice spacious design. The view looked directly at the Burj Khalifa. Breakfast offered rich and special selections!!!

The body lotion bottle in the room was empty when I arrived. The body wash in the shower was almost empty too. I asked for a chair for the makeup mirror, and they brought a baby chair!!!
