the resort had a fantastic lagoon. the golf course was located conveniently near the hotel. the staff was among the best i have encountered.
the hotel rooms seemed outdated to me. only one side of the bed had a wall plug. the mini fridge wasn't working properly .

I adored the well-kept pools, especially the twiggy lagoon, a beautiful spot. the food at the restaurants exceeded my expectations, it tasted very nice. i also appreciated the sports facilities. I enjoyed padel, golf, and the gym .
The twiggy beach music was excessively loud in nearby rooms. It may disturb some guests.

The staff showed amazing attentiveness, always ready to assist and cater to my needs. Their friendly demeanor greatly enhanced my experience. the meticulous housekeeping ensured that the room remained clean and orderly .

The location offered beautiful views. I could see the city skyline from certain points. the hotel is close to the airport, made travel very convenient. It saved me considerable time. getting around was easy.

the hotel staff was very hospitable, with cleaners paying close attention to every detail. liezel, at the front desk, gave helpful restaurant recommendations and showed a polite demeanour. aishwarya thoughtfully added beautiful flower arrangements to my room. the breakfast team prepared delicious fresh food, and the cleaning team ensured my room remained super clean.

Check-in was efficient with cute drinks provided. The hotel grounds were immaculate, I noted. I used the various facilities, including a lovely beach area and a very inviting swimming pool. Room service was very attentive (the team has a great touch!).
The air conditioning in my room was not as effective as I would have liked. It seemed limited to a minimum temperature of 20 degrees Celsius.
