charmed experience on the water

the location is great, and i found the rooms spacious.. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast had a big variety of food and drinks, i definitely would stay there again and recommend it to others.
room service was poor and there was no complementary water in the fridge. tea and coffee facilities were also not good.

my room had a comfortable bed and a spacious shower cubicle that i found very practical. the bathroom had plenty of space, including decent toilet paper and a clean environment. rooms are spacious and comfortable offering river views

the restaurant was a massive let down! our evening meal was a disappointment for the price. i had to send dishes back, that caused one dish to become cold. the bed was also very uncomfortable.

the room was clean and big. the main staircase looks pretty to me. i found a good amount of tea and coffee supplies in room.
the top decks was closed all my stay. we could only use deck 3, and it is a small area. bathroom step was a trip hazard and it was not signed.

the location near the train station was acceptable.
The bed was TERRIBLE. It caused me constant back pain after only two nights. the included wi-fi was unreliable. It kept cutting out. i could barely use it.

the room was spacious. it had an added balcony! the bathroom was super clean, and the towels were always nicely reorganized. getting to the excel centre was very easy and quick from here. plus, the breakfast was delicious too!
the bar had moved locations and seemed to lack its usual ambiance.

The room had a good supply of tea and coffee. Staff left extra water when they cleaned my room which I thought was nice. The main staircase to the restaurant seemed pretty. All the facilities looked clean.
The top two decks were closed during my entire stay. Drinks could only be served outside on deck three. It was a very small area for the number of guests. There was a bathroom step which was a trip hazard. It was not signed.

The location was fine it was close to everything I needed
The room was not great and the bed was awful I might as well have slept on the floor. There was also a weird stain on the sheet it was not pleasant to see.
