the location IS near many restaurants and a tube station. The shower had good water pressure. The room included big mugs for tea or coffee.

excellent location spacious room small bed difficult check-in
The hotel location was excellent , especially with the close proximity to shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and clean . I especially liked the big mugs provided.
The beds felt too small , definitely more suitable for children. checking in was a bit of a hassle . I was shocked when they asked for id and forced payment in advance , even after checking in online.

I found the location very convenient for accessing public transportation. The tube station was close. The surrounding area had several bars and restaurants. I appreciated the attentive reception staff!!!

fantastic experience near the docks
convenient location efficient room service upgraded room good breakfast
i enjoyed the hotel's proximity to train links and the ferry dock , so transportation was easy. the room service was efficient and fast, a nice touch. i received an upgraded room upon check-in , it had a lovely, clean appearance. the self-service breakfast was very good , it offered a wide choice of options.
i noticed the facilities appear somewhat dated , it seems like some redecoration could enhance the overall aesthetic.

Solid stay near Canary Wharf
efficient check-in tea supply good water pressure
Check-in was efficient. The room included an electric kettle with tea and coffee supplies. I found a good selection of television channels in multiple languages. The shower had good water pressure (always a plus!).
The hallway carpets showed some wear.

The front desk offered luggage storage after checkout. Staff members provided directions to the nearest train station. The concierge service was available 24/7, assisting with taxi bookings and local information for all guests.

Fantastic stay!
full length window elegant bathroom
The reception staff UPGRADED my room since I booked one without a window. The room was luxurious and spacious, with a big full length window. I was very happy with the service, and the bathroom was VERY elegant (wow!).
The faulty window in my room was difficult to close. This was not ideal when it RAINED. I really hope they get this fixed .
