the location was acceptable, placing me close to many places i wanted to visit.
The air conditioning barely functioned the first night. It just made noise. i reported it but the issue was not fixed. the noise made sleeping difficult, i did not appreciate this. waiting 20 minutes for a breakfast table also added unnecessary frustration to my mornings.

the executive room upgrade was really a dream, especially when we wanted space for romance. staff left some delicious desserts also wine for our stay, it made everything special. i find the spa so relaxing, it has a lovely hot tub, it was really very good.
They seemed slightly slow to me.

Fantastic stay near Tower Hill!

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I particularly enjoyed the fresh smoothies and omelettes. Ashraf was polite and quick clearing plates. It really made the service comfortable. The hotel's proximity to Tower Hill station made travel easy.

the breakfast was good. there was a wide variety of food and it tasted good.
i stayed here over the weekend and was not impressed. i had to queue 25 minutes to check in, and there was no clear direction to the room after checking in. i got the first floor and could not sleep because of the train noise, even though the website said there were noise cancelling windows.

the location suited my needs well. the room provided a coffee machine. the spa access was a nice addition and it opened early at 7am. (i enjoyed a quick visit before breakfast!)
the air conditioning wasn't working properly in the room. the tv didn't work initially and showed a 'no signal' message. a loud screeching sound occurred when the toilet was flushed.
