Convenient Stay near Tower Bridge

The hotel is conveniently located near the underground station. This made travel around the city very easy. The rooms were clean (I especially liked the amenities).
The room's decor did not quite match the grandeur of the lobby. It felt a little dated, especially considering the price point.

The check-in process was really quick! i got complimentary cookies upon arrival and they tasted delicious. the location is also fantastic. I was only a short walk from the tower bridge.
The gym felt a bit cramped. It only had a few machines.

Really good Stay Near Tower Hill!

The front desk staff was very cute. The hotel is very close to the Tower Hill underground station. It's a great location for getting around. The breakfast team provided very good service, and I reminded me of my needs were exceeded. Yogesh at the bar made an excellent latte, my friend can't wait to return.
The temperature in the room was a bit difficult to adjust.

The front desk staff was friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The breakfast team, especially Mohammed and Ben, provided really good dining service with attentiveness. Abdullah provided thoughtful and attentive service and made sure I was comfortable.

the check-in process was quick and smooth. i found all amenities expected for a business trip in my room. the hotel offered efficient check-out service. the staff at the front desk was generally helpful and addressed my queries promptly.
The minibar prices were surprisingly high, and i noticed some dust in less visible areas of the room. This was my only slight discomfort.
