the room provided excellent space. it was clean , and the large shower was especially nice. i also found the location very convenient , since the shopping center and tube station were within easy walking distance.

i requested assistance with the tv remote , however , the engineer had difficulty explaining things , and the issue was not resolved. i also requested a low floor , yet i was assigned a room on the sixth floor.

i found the room quite clean with effective soundproofing this created a peaceful atmosphere the shower was a highlight it was one of the best i have ever used the hotel provided tea and coffee facilities i found this very convenient for enjoying drinks in the room.

the front desk service took a long time when i tried to call from my room room service was unavailable even though a tray charge existed i had to go to the bar to order.

the location is convenient near the stratford station. soulmama on the ground floor provides dining and live music. i enjoyed the availability of multiple restaurants within the hotel.

i called the front desk about the tv subtitles. it took several attempts to get through and the call disconnected each time. eventually an engineer arrived however he could not remove them either. i had also requested a low floor as i dislike heights but was assigned a room on the sixth floor.
