superb stay
excellent space convenient location
the room provided excellent space. it was clean , and the large shower was especially nice. i also found the location very convenient , since the shopping center and tube station were within easy walking distance.
i requested assistance with the tv remote , however , the engineer had difficulty explaining things , and the issue was not resolved. i also requested a low floor , yet i was assigned a room on the sixth floor.

the hotel is close to both the shopping centre and the tube station. this proximity made accessing transportation and shopping very easy. i did not use a car .

breakfast included a wide variety of options. i could order a freshly cooked omelette. there were also poached or fried eggs available.

my room featured a very comfortable bed and a great temperature. the shower had a fantastic rain fall feature. i did not find any issues with cleanliness.

charmed by the gantry experience
clean room effective soundproofing convenient facilities
i found the room quite clean with effective soundproofing this created a peaceful atmosphere the shower was a highlight it was one of the best i have ever used the hotel provided tea and coffee facilities i found this very convenient for enjoying drinks in the room.
the front desk service took a long time when i tried to call from my room room service was unavailable even though a tray charge existed i had to go to the bar to order.

i experienced brunch upon my arrival the choices were satisfying breakfast also provided ample choices and the general reception areas were nice the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere

the hotel had modern features i was able to access the nearby underground station easily the staff was friendly and helpful during my entire stay the hotel had excellent staff at all levels

the hotel is next to a major shopping center this made access to various stores easy public transport options are nearby the underground station offers direct access to the city center this is very convenient

Acceptable but with Issues
The location is great. It's close to the underground station.
My partner's birthday was not acknowledged at all. Despite informing the staff, there were no special arrangements and no acknowledgement on arrival or . I found this quite disappointing.

convenient location ground floor multiple restaurants tv subtitles repeated attempts high floor
the location is convenient near the stratford station. soulmama on the ground floor provides dining and live music. i enjoyed the availability of multiple restaurants within the hotel.
i called the front desk about the tv subtitles. it took several attempts to get through and the call disconnected each time. eventually an engineer arrived however he could not remove them either. i had also requested a low floor as i dislike heights but was assigned a room on the sixth floor.
