The room design showed quality.
The room I had was cold. They supplied a portable heater. This was not acceptable for the price I paid. I stayed three nights in a cold room.

really good hotel stay
welcome platter excellent tours quick delivery quality food
The service was fantastic. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. we received a welcome sweets platter. the concierge staff arranged excellent tours. I appreciated their recommendations for dining experiences. staff quickly delivered extra water and a luggage rack when requested. the breakfast buffet offered high-quality food, regularly replenished, i especially loved the sauna.

The room included anything i could possibly require. It was large and comfortable. the bathroom had special assistance features. I appreciated the heated toilet seat. robes and slippers were available. towels were provided at the pool.

The hotel has a rooftop pool with refreshments. tea and coffee. i appreciated the valet parking. It did not need to be prebooked. there is a health club too and it was excellent!

The breakfast buffet was high quality. Food was hot and regularly replenished. i prebooked a table for breakfast and had a fine view each morning. the staff remembered me from the previous morning. The service was excellent.

The hotel is well located, i found. i was very close to borough market. This was perfect for transport. the views are fine, especially from the higher floors. The view from the bath was very nice!

seamless process attentive team modern room high-end amenities
the check-in process was seamless, thanks to the warm and professional front desk staff. the concierge team provided thoughtful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. the modern room had floor-to-ceiling windows that offered very nice views. high-end amenities included plush bedding (i slept so well!).
i found the restaurant prices a bit high for what was offered.

the hotel location allows easy access to many attractions and dining options. public transportation is nearby, offering convenient travel throughout the area. the immediate vicinity includes a variety of shops and cultural sites.

the staff demonstrated amazing attention to detail, fulfilling requests promptly. turndown service included slippers and tidying of personal items. the concierge were very good arranging tours (they even secured last-minute reservations for me!).

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Views
valet parking smooth check-in rooftop pool
My wife and I enjoyed the valet parking. It did not require prebooking. The check-in process was smooth. I received an upgraded room that offered very nice views. The room included a large bath. I enjoyed the sunrise at the rooftop pool. Robes and slippers were available. We plan to return.
For a hotel of this quality, the room had a problem with noise insulation. We could hear conversations from the adjacent room. This was quite disruptive.
