the location was good, close to transport.
the air conditioning did not work in my room and the staff moved me three times. one of the rooms was already occupied by someone else, a bit embarassing. i wasnt offered any kind of compensation for the trouble.

Fantastical Visit!

I booked a Terrace Suite. I found the room super clean. The touch panel controlled the temperature. The bathroom had underfloor heating! Staff even decorated the room for my anniversary. I give special thanks to Mohammed and Mary. Their hospitality stood out to me.
The spa area was very crowded on Saturday. Seating was limited there. This made it difficult to relax between the sauna and steam room.

The hotel includes a famous spa with a Versace sign. It is open to all guests. There is also a gym next to the pool for those who want a workout. This gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The hotel had close proximity to transport links. It was really easy to reach via train. A short walk from the station makes arrival stress-free. I am very impressed with its accessibility and closeness to the city.

i stayed in a superior double room and the SPACE was wonderful. the breakfast was something else! it had such a lot of options and the quality was superb. i loved that well kept and looked after.
the spa was not GREAT, it felt rather small. the staff wasn't super helpful either, sad. i had to call lots of numbers to get through to room SERVICE. the air con system wasnt working so room was not inspected although i still preferred as that's whay id laid for.

the hotel provided quick check-in. the breakfast was fantastic. the afternoon lounge service offered a variety of snacks and a good wine selection. dhwani provided extra services at the lounge and ensured everything was perfect.
i found parking outside to be very expensive.
