This room are quite a nice size. I have a fridge in the room and its very useful. there is a bottled water to welcome me. The bed was great and I sleep really well. Food at Bar 38 was a real surprise, I did not expect that level of food quality.

I think the pool area need a more regular check. I see a bit of paint was peeling from the ceiling. It looks like it need a bit of maintenance.

The fitness center include several treadmills and elliptical machines, and there are a good selection of weight equipment available and it open quite early. The indoor swimming pool is clean, and the sauna work very well, it get hot quickly.

Breakfast is on the 37th floor, you go to the 38th and go down the stairs, the views are amazing from the restaurant. There is a wide choice of pastries and bread, the cooked breakfast items were fresh, I like it.

My room has modern decor, there are city views, it was at the top floor, I can even see the Thames from there. The beds are comfortable, and the sound insulation work well because I cannot hear other guests.

It is a short walk to a tube station, so its easy to travel to central attractions. There are a few shops nearby, I see restaurant and bars in walking distance. It is convenient for public transport.

Staff are really helpful with directions and local information, they were always smiling to the guests. Check-in was fast, the receptionist explain all the hotel facilities, there was a concierge service at disposal, very efficient.

The location was a good base for visiting the ABBA Arena.

The carpet in the room was not clean. The air vents were full of dust. I am allergic and experienced issues because of it. The sink drain was clogged. They cleaned it after I asked.

amazing coffeelovely staff

the coffee shop is relaxing (especially the pastries and food). the decor is inspiring, and the approach to guests is professional. the staff are lovely, and the experience is one to remember. the bokan rooftop bar rivals new york skyline venues.
