Fantastic Hotel Experience!

great location friendly staff flexible service

The location was great. It allowed easy access to various attractions. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and. I had complimentary coffee in my room every day. This was a nice bonus. They were flexible, and they held my bags after check-out until I needed to go to the airport.

The sound insulation could be improved since I could hear corridor noise.

The breakfast included eggs and bacon, really nice. There were lots of pastries and waffles along with cereals and hot drinks available. I especially appreciated the waffle maker. I made fresh waffles.

the staff was super friendly. the location is fantastic! the room was very clean and felt very fresh. i really liked how modern and cozy it was too.

My room faced the back. it was noisy. It was like i was inside constantly roaring machinery coming from the units outside. also the lift beeps constantly as it goes past every time, it was quite a disturbance. the bathroom door didn't close properly and the safe didn't work either, that was frustrating.

Perfect Midtown Base

The location offers easy access to the subway. It is also close to major attractions. The staff was always very friendly and helpful . I was able to check in a bit early, which I appreciated. The hotel stored my bags after checkout until my departure for the airport.

My room was a little small for two people. Storage space was minimal. I only found one towel rod in the bathroom. The sink was outside the bathroom, a bit inconvenient.

The hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea capsules, replenished daily. Basic necessities like toothbrushes were available, a nice touch. I found both an iron and a hairdryer ready to use in my room, ready to use for my stay.

Staff were very accommodating with splitting payments across multiple cards. They were also very helpful while dealing with issues. The receptionists were friendly and smiling, always ready to assist me.

i appreciated the easy walk to major attractions. times square and st patrick's cathedral were very close. lots of dining and shopping choices surrounded the building.

i did notice some sound could travel through the walls at times.
