perfect location blackout curtains
the location is amazing!!! i could walk everywhere i wanted to go. the room had blackout curtains and sheer curtains so i could control the light perfectly.
the wifi signal wasn't always strong.

the location is excellent, close to main attractions. the staff was friendly and provided great service. the rooms are meticulously cleaned.
the room was only serviced once . i had to take the trash out myself and bring it to a bin.

mixed experience with service issues
missed cleaning unstable wifi
the location was acceptable, close to many attractions and transportation.
my room was not cleaned once during my three-night stay, and when i inquired, the staff said it was only cleaned every three days. this information was not in my reservation details, and i was not happy. also, the wifi disconnected frequently.

Excellent Midtown Stay!!!
comfortable bed spacious layout excellent pressure efficient staff
The room featured a comfortable king bed and a spacious layout. I found the bathroom included excellent water pressure, something I certainly appreciate. Every staff member I encountered was warm, efficient, and highly professional. The location proved convenient for exploring various attractions.
Housekeeping services were not provided daily, which required some planning.

spacious room friendly staff counter shelf uncomfortable room wheelchair design mirror height
the room was spacious, especially for a central location. it was very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. the room is an "l" shape with a large counter shelf space, it was so nice.
i suppose i had bad luck with one of the rooms i received. we booked two rooms, and one of them was great with no issues. however, the other room was designed for a disabled person in a wheelchair, it was quite uncomfortable. everything was built for someone in a wheelchair, the mirror height, the toilet, the shower, tables, doors, and all facilities was to be.
