the team is amazing. cristina are thee most amazing at customer service. plus i love the place, and the breakfast lay out is good too.
the location isnt great. valet is very expensive and parking on the street is not ideal. if i was traveling alone i wouldnt feel comfortable staying here and i am from the area.

i found the staff good and cheery they were also very helpful. breakfast included a mini-waffle maker that i liked. the shower pressure was fantastic something i always appreciate after a long day out. plus there is a river front park nearby with views of the queensborough bridge
i noticed some light fixtures were missing in the bedroom the open wires were visible. the location felt a bit unsafe for solo travelers at night. i ended up using uber instead of walking to the subway. this added to my expenses

the hotel is near a lovely river front park with a fantastic view of the queensborough bridge. the subway is also close providing convenient access into manhattan and other areas of the city.

the room had a good size and cleanliness was noticeable upon arrival. the bed was comfortable allowing for proper rest and relaxation after a long day. the room setup was functional and met my needs.

The hotel was very clean. Its location is convenient to the city. I appreciated the breakfast amenities and the waffle maker was enjoyable. The rooftop offered great views.
Some items in the room were not functional. There was no light fixture in the bedroom but just cables. The area felt a bit unsafe. I did not feel safe walking to the subway at night so I took an Uber.
