Uneven Experience at the Hotel

The complimentary breakfast had good options.
The room was not properly cleaned before I arrived. This REALLY bothered me. Even after I requested a room cleaning in advance, it was not done. I found the staff quite unhelpful, displaying a cold attitude.

great stay, convenient location

the cleanness throughout the hotel impressed me. i found the wi-fi reliable. breakfast included some asian dishes that i enjoy a lot. the staff maintained the breakfast area very well.
the street outside could get noisy early in the morning because of trucks. planes flying to laguardia also added to the noise. the street was not very clean and had a noticeable smell. the predominance of asian restaurants might not suit everyone's tastes.
