i found the location quite central. it made accessing various sites very easy. the staff were helpful (they quickly addressed my questions).
the check-in process felt a bit slow. it took longer than expected. the room i had was quite small (especially considering i had luggage).

the location provided easy access to many places i wanted to visit i enjoyed the coffee machine available on the 37th floor it was quite a treat the free water refills were also quite convenient it saved me from buying water all the time
the check-in process took longer than expected there were a few delays.

The hotel is near Grand Central Station. This made travel easy. I liked the free coffee machine on the 27th floor. It made cappuccinos. Refilling water was simple with water on each floor. The rooms were clean.
The check in took too long.

The bathroom was updated and excellent. It had a Nespresso machine. The location is convenient. It is two blocks north of Grand Central Station!!!

The location was acceptable i guess. It did its job.
Check-in reminded me of a chaotic mess. i waited over 30 minutes just to check in. There did not appear to be enough staff available. the whole process seemed disorganized and slow. I'm not sure why it took so long
