the room size was adequate for my needs, it was comfortable and well kept . the staff throughout the hotel showed genuine care and provided prompt assistance, i found every interaction quite pleasant. they quickly addressed any concerns i raised, i especially liked the helpfulness of the concierge for directions.

i was disappointed by the additional charge for storing luggage after check-out. i felt it should have been a complimentary service, i found that the fee created an unexpected expense.

The hotel's location is AMAZING, right next to Grand Central. The beds were very comfortable. I found healthy options like yogurt and muffins available for breakfast, nice.

The room was clean , with soft bedding and towels. The bathroom looked newly updated. The hotel provided a roll-away bed quickly , accommodating us since only a king room was initially available for our group of three adults. The hotel's location offers easy access to various destinations.

The water pressure in the shower was a little low , but that was easily overlooked.

i found the location connected to grand central station quite convenient. many places were within walking distance. i had a room with a great view of the chrysler building right next door.

I didn't like that i had to pay to leave luggage at the end of the trip. it cost $4 a bag. the bathroom grouting was not great. It needs refurbished. there were not many neighborhood restaurants nearby, limiting dining options.
