limited fitness centerinconsistent housekeeping
i found some aspects of my stay disappointing. the fitness center was quite limited (i hoped for more equipment). housekeeping wasn't consistent (one day, they missed cleaning my room entirely). these issues detracted from what could have been a better experience.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. i had a really nice meal at the partners restaurant and it even had a live singer! i also ordered in-room dining a few evenings. The grilled cheese sandwich and soup were AMAZING!!!
i was charged a "destination fee" of $38 per night for hotel amenities. i did not use any of these amenities. i asked for a refund, but they refused because it was in the confirmation email. i wish they included it in the room rate initially.
