i appreciated the really good hospitality. the manager, sunil ji, was proactive and warm. he helped with even the smallest details, ensuring i felt welcome and looked after.
i noticed that the mini fridge was missing in some of my companion's rooms. while my room had one, it was inconsistent across all rooms booked.

the hotel did not include a coffee machine, a little inconvenient. the starbucks next door was an option, though a bit expensive. the absence of a restaurant impacted the ease of getting meals or breakfast at the hotel.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, ideal for exploring the city. My room was spacious and included all the amenities I needed. I found the level of cleanliness and comfort to be very high. Check-in was quick and easy.
I noticed noise from adjacent rooms, the sound insulation could be improved.
