I found the location very convenient. It is near subway stations and various attractions. The surrounding areas felt safe and clean to me. The staff provided perfect customer service and the facilities were clean.
The bathroom felt outdated, with a shower curtain instead of a stand alone unit.

I found the staff very friendly. The location suited my plans wonderfully. The room was quite spacious, a bonus. I appreciated how clean the room was, too!
My shower had weak water pressure, disappointing. I noticed that the internet connection was quite slow. The hotel charged a fee for luggage storage, which I found irritating.

My room lacked natural light. It seemed like a ventilation shaft, quite depressing. water leaked from the lighting fixture above the shower. That threatened electric shock.

The staff were helpful and friendly. the location was great. It allowed me to walk to many places. wifi worked well, so i was able to keep up with emails. the bar allowed me to buy drinks and take them to my room.
i had to request towels multiple times on arrival, inconvenient.
