a surprisingly lovely stay

helpful coordinationamazing kindness

i appreciated the staff's SUPPORT. Karishima helped me a lot with storing breast milk for my baby. May from the kitchen took my milk and placed IT in the freezer every morning. this support was amazing because my flight was at 2:00am and i checked out that morning, but karishima coordinated with the staff for me to get my milk at midnight right before my flight.

rahul, the duty manager, behaved UNPROFESSIONALLY. he didn't seem qualified even to be a janitor. i had a bad experience because of him, disappointing.

the staff WAS friendly and helpful. nadien and salah provided much assistance to guests. the breakfast staff, dave and shawanti, worked hard. overall, the service contributed positively to the experience.

The valet service was definitely great. I REALLY enjoyed that. They were fast and efficient. The breakfast was amazing each morning, A SURPRISE with such a wide selection. The rooms were clean. housekeeping was always available to help with anything I needed.
