enjoyable meals really good assistance immaculate room

The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). I also found the staff provided really good assistance. Housekeeping kept my room immaculate throughout my stay. Their attention to detail was obvious.

delicious breakfast fresh ingredients lovely staff

The breakfast had super delicious items, i found everything very fresh and tasty. i ate at the japanese and italian restaurants tomo & solo. They are well worth visiting. raffles salon was great, it had totally fresh ingredients.

my stay featured particularly seamless service. the rooms were massive and well-designed (ideal. the pool area provided a calm atmosphere, perfect after a long day. i did not use the club level benefits, but i plan to experience it on my next visit.

i found the gym a bit limited. it had a decent number of cardio machines. however, there were not enough free weights for my usual workout.

breakfast range sunbathing options attentive staff hard bed bad smell tap water

The breakfast range was excellent. It was possibly the best quality of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Options for sunbathing were good with shade and sun. Attentive pool bar staff served refreshing fruit kebabs. Iced drinks were served throughout the day and were free.

The bed and pillows were hard. There was a bad smell in the room. I suspect it was from old furniture. The tap water tasted like the rooms smelled. It tasted very storage and old, as if it was mixed with something.

The hotel staff were super attentive. They always responded quickly to requests. my room included a spacious terrace with city views! the gym had modern equipment and was open 24/7, it was convenient for late-night workouts.

the in-room coffee machine was a bit tricky to use though.

disrespectful attitude poor communication

the architecturally pleasing design was acceptable.

the manager, katrina, had a disrespectful attitude and poor communication. her handling of a situation was immature and unprofessional. the security personnel also behaved inappropriately. this lack of proper conflict resolution skills was disappointing.

Really good Stay

outdoor terrace attentive service high-quality dishes

I really enjoyed dining at Solo. The outdoor terrace provided heaters, allowing comfortable seating even in the evening. Live music enhanced the warm atmosphere, just what I needed after a busy day (what a treat!). Sai, Nafi, Neetha, Anirudh, and Abhay offered kind and attentive service. Chefs Krishna, Bishnu, Rahu, and Svojith crafted high-quality dishes. Their skill was evident in every bite.

The room lighting arrangements proved quite complicated. Controlling them from only one side of the bed presented a challenge. It took me some time to figure out the various settings.
