Excellent Airport Proximity and Service

airport shuttle prompt assistance friendly staff

The airport shuttle was a huge plus. It made getting to and from my flights very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful . I especially appreciated the prompt assistance with any requests I had.

The breakfast buffet, while adequate, could use some variation throughout the week.

The fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so it is well-equipped for basic workouts. The outdoor pool area has about fifteen loungers and a section that provides shade. facilities are modern and well kept.

heavy luggage damp smell

the airport shuttle service was convenient

the staff refused to assist with our heavy luggage upon arrival they told us to carry it ourselves this was disappointing the room had a strong damp smell it made it hard for both of us to breathe we were also bitten by bed bugs hiding in the sofa it caused irritation and discomfort

good bedding functional layout

The room had good bedding material, specifically pure cotton. i also liked the overall layout of the room. IT WAS very functional.

the pool area seemed a little run down.
