Refined Stay in the Desert Jewel
amazing host delicious breakfast convenient location
Gamze was a wonderful host. Breakfast was delicious. The location prove convenient. The hotel is clean and provides a quiet, relaxing escape. Staff is helpful, from valet to room service. I recommend this stay to anyone seeking comfort.
I feel the lack of towel rails in the rooms is a problem. The hotel is very busy. Waiting for elevators at peak times felt long. This can detract from the overall ease of the visit.

The hotel includes a pool area with twenty loungers. A shaded section protects you from the intense sun. A fully equipped gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes, fostering wellness.

long wait times broken promises
The elevators posed A real issue. I waited almost 15 minutes sometimes (I counted it!) for an elevator, far TOO long. Getting a normal taxi was not as easy here as at other places. The reception staff also did not let me speak to a manager and then they did not keep the promises they made. SUCH a disappointment.

Really good Stay
friendly staff relaxing ambiance excellent food amazing service
The staff members are very friendly and helpful. I found the hotel clean, and the ambiance relaxing. The breakfast buffet offered excellent food choices (the variety was excellent). The people outside assisting with taxis provided AMAZING service.
The lift wait times were sometimes quite long. It wasn't a MAJOR issue, but something to be aware of.

Really good Service and Convenient Location
train station breakfast variety
I found the location very convenient with the train station right outside. The breakfast was very good. There was a wide variety of options. I especially appreciated the pool deck. The pool water temperature was perfect.
The elevators proved to be a major inconvenience. I encountered wait times reaching 10 to 15 minutes. This is unacceptable for a hotel of such a high caliber. I hope they address this issue.
