rainfall shower quick service
my room was a beautiful king room. it included a rainfall shower! room service delivered quickly, and the staff remembered my name, which i thought was AMAZING!!!
the gym equipment looked slightly dated, though it worked perfectly fine.

gracious lady seafood variety breakfast item
The lady at the reception upgraded me to suite 433 during my check-in on May 7th. I found the wide variety of seafood, appetizers, and desserts to be wonderful, especially on seafood night. Breakfast included many items, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed.

The room included a comfortable bed and climate control. There was also a spacious bathroom with a separate tub and shower ensuring a functional and relaxing space. I also enjoyed the in-room safe.

A Charmed Stay
free shuttle swan decoration snooker game chocolate hour
The hotel provides complimentary shuttles to the Dubai Mall and Deira City Centre. The hotel made my honeymoon special with swan decorations on the bed. It was a nice touch. I enjoyed a snooker game, priced at just 5 dirhams.
The phone line in my room rang several times daily due to a fault. It took 10 days for the staff to address this issue.

The breakfast included good varieties, and I liked the Indian cuisine options. The food was varied, high-quality and one of the highlights of my stay, it had something for everyone. A very nice buffet and different food options.

The room was modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The hotel is near to the airport and main attractions of the city, a very convenient location for travellers and tourists alike.
