surry hills serenity, a good find

extra night quiet street easy access

a quick shower and change after a long trip made a HUGE difference. the location is superb, nestled on a quiet street near coffee shops. downtown, the gallery, and the opera house are all within easy reach using public transport.

I found the room slightly small. Space for luggage was limited.

The hotel offers a rooftop bar where orders are placed via qr codes. This is a practical touch. the breakfast buffet included good quality products, it was quite adequate. a balcony with a large tree in front of it enhanced my room.

The staff could not be more helpful, always responsive to my requests and needs. the cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me. The rooms felt impeccably clean. i would definitely recommend this location. It reminded me of my own comfortable space.

The staff was kind. there were many thoughtful touches in the room. i loved the choices available in the included breakfast. The espressos were fantastic!

the air conditioning was a bit of a battle. it would go from perfect to arctic at odd times. the tiny shower head was a bit disappointing, we expected better for the price. the internal noise from other guests bothered me a little.

nonexistent bin missing hooks

the air conditioning barely worked. staff said it was serviced recently, but it did not blow cold air at all. also, my room was missing a trash can. the bathroom also needed towel hooks. i don't see how this place claims to be five stars.

rooftop patio stylish decor fantastic location

The hotel location is fantastic. It's in Surry Hills, a fashionable area with great restaurants. I found a wonderful rooftop patio, a GREAT place to relax. The decor was beautifully designed.

The air con was a bit of a battle and it would go from perfect to arctic at odd times.

delicious pastries organic yoghurt refreshing air

The continental breakfast was lovely. It included fresh coffee, delicious pastries, and organic yoghurt. I found great restaurants and bars nearby, a short walk to Chinatown. I could step onto the balcony into the fresh air. It was so refreshing.

The room was small, I expected a bit more space for that money.

solid stay near central

warm staff quick sorting smooth checkout good tips

Staff were really warm and helped with the aircon issue i had. they sorted things quickly, thats appreciated. checkout was smooth too, i was in a rush. dylan had good local restaurant tips. That helped me find a good dinner spot.

I did notice a small stain on the bathroom mirror. It was a little thing though.
