i found the staff accommodating. the family room was quite large and spacious. the bed was really comfortable. free breakfast was included (you don't often get this at other places).
i think the hotel itself could use a bit of an update.

i liked its location near the botanical gardens. it was easy to walk to several attractions and public transport. the neighbourhood felt safe, and there were several restaurants nearby that were easy to reach.

I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It had a great selection. the location proved very convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the availability of chilled water just beside the room was an added bonus. it's simple things like this, you know.

My room was spacious. It included air conditioning that worked perfectly. I slept very well. Breakfast was included, and I thought it was amazing!!! The bacon, eggs, cereal, fruit, and yogurt were all available. The staff was very pleasant.

the location is great it is just a short walk to the botanical gardens. i also found it easy to access bondi beach from here. the included breakfast buffet was a good value. the staff were very helpful making my stay smooth.
i noticed stains on the curtains in my room that could use some attention. this detracted slightly from the overall experience. i hope the hotel addresses this soon.
