Our apartment was quite spacious with comfortable beds. The pillows were soft. We had a full kitchen in the apartment. The location provided easy walking distance to everything. I appreciated the friendly staff and convenient 11 am checkout.

The hotel location offers great access to many restaurants, with a kid-friendly playground nearby. Circular Quay is easily accessible from this spot. I noticed that transportation links are close by, and it is quite easy to move around.

The two-bedroom apartment city view offered ample space. The apartment included everything needed to cook meals, very useful. The staff offered helpful recommendations for excellent local restaurants (I tried a great Italian place!).
The room service consisted only of emptying bins and making beds, quite basic.

The two-bedroom apartment city view was very spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen included a full-size refrigerator. (It was very convenient.) There was ample space for luggage. I really appreciated the staff. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The soundproofing could have been better. I could hear some street noise.

The kitchen lacked essential items. The dryer was non-functional and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathrooms, in particular, required more attention. It was also difficult to use the showers simultaneously..
