Acceptable Stay with Issues
stained carpets insufficient cutlery
The location offers proximity to key areas.
The room was in a state of disrepair. I observed a broken lamp with a missing globe, stained old carpets, and dirty windows. The kitchen lacked essential equipment. There was no salad bowl, insufficient cutlery, stained crockery, and a shortage of utensils plus cooking pans.

light rail train line access lovely temperature air conditioning controls complete update stuck door
The light rail was accessible to Moore Park. Train line access to the airport from Town Hall Station existed. The room had a decent amount of milk in the fridge for coffee. It was appreciated. My son used the pool. He said the water had a lovely temperature. He also enjoyed the sauna.
I had trouble with the air conditioning controls. I found them difficult to understand at first. The room required a complete update. I found nearly all doors kept getting stuck, they were hard to open.

adequate stay some issues though
minimal cups standing room
i requested a room with a full balcony but received one i would call a balconette it was only standing room i could not fit any tables or chairs. also, they had minimal cups and other kitchen items. this was a bit disappointing considering the price. the experience could have been better with some attention to these details

sweat stains mold doona
the room i booked was not very clean upon arrival sweat stains were visible on the pillows there was also a stain on the floor it looked like vomit i saw what looked like mold on my doona cleanliness should be improved especially at this price point

superb apartment stay!

I was pleased with the apartment's size. It easily accommodated my needs. the location was convenient, close to various restaurants and shops. i found the staff helpful, quickly addressing my inquiries. having laundry facilities in the apartment was very convenient.
the lift service was slow at times, causing slight delays during peak hours.

convenient location excellent facilities ample kitchen excellent staff
i found the location very convenient for accessing the central business district amenities. the apartment size and provided facilities was so great. the kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. all staff interactions were notably excellent.
the fridge was not secured properly causing it to budge when opening the door. it was a minor inconvenience though.
