fantastic central stay!

i appreciated the free coffee available in the lobby, it saved me money. the location was very convenient as the light rail and train were close. it made getting around easy. i found some excellent restaurants and shops nearby too.

the deposit of $100 felt excessive. it took several days for the refund to process. i would have preferred a quicker return of the funds.

the hotel has a perfect location near the central station. the complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby were a nice touch and available anytime. i appreciated the comfortable room, it had everything i needed for my stay.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The staff were lovely and helpful which was good.

I was disappointed that there was no kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. This is pretty standard in most hotels. Also I could not find an ironing board easily and had to ask for assistance. The ironing board was stored in a hard to find location. There were no wine glasses in the room and I was informed about a security deposit for glassware which I found unusual.
