Excellent Suite Experience

I found the apartment to be beautiful and immaculate. The hotel lobby looked and smelt amazing as soon as I walked in. The staff were very accomodating and helpful . I found the location to be great and very accessible.

I found only six hangers in the wardrobe for two people. Robes were not provided in the room. I had to ask at reception for them.

the beds felt very nice , i didn't want to leave in the morning because of the comfort. rooms were very spacious , it included two large areas that gave us plenty of room to relax and settle in. the service was top notch , nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff and they responded quick! the pool and spa area felt very relaxing and looked good.

the furniture in the room needed some attention , specifically regarding cleanliness. i spotted stains on the sofa and chairs , it would have been great if they were cleaned or replaced.

i found the check-in process really smooth and efficient. the valet parking was convenient. the staff members were lovely upon my arrival , it really set a positive tone. my room had a washing machine and dryer , that was super useful after traveling.

i reminded me of the sofa could use some attention , i noticed an unpleasant smell. the queen size bed was a bit of a squeeze, especially given the price point.
