the room was clean and well-finished with everything i needed.

the service felt disorganized at times. check-in took longer than expected. staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of bookings and guests checking in simultaneously.

a bit underwhelming

leaking ceiling dead flies

The gym was a bit of a letdown. It had a leaking ceiling with a dirty towel placed to catch the water. it also lacked sanitizing equipment, which i found quite concerning. the pool area reminded me of an ice bath. The windows were left open on a windy day. i even saw dead flies floating in the water one day, pretty gross.

The location was central. It was within walking distance to many attractions.

The noise level was excessive. It ended late, so spending time with friends in the apartment was not ideal. The couch in the room was also uncomfortable.

easy access public transportation cute staff comfortable room slow drain unanswered phone unattended reception

The location is prime, with easy access to public transportation. The staff was very cute and happy to answer my questions. The room was comfortable (I slept like a baby).

The bathroom sink drained very slowly. I was not able to report this because nobody answered the phone when I called. When I went down to reception, there was nobody around (it was quite strange).
