The gym was a bit of a letdown. It had a leaking ceiling with a dirty towel placed to catch the water. it also lacked sanitizing equipment, which i found quite concerning. the pool area was like an ice bath. The windows were left open on a windy day. i even saw dead flies floating in the water one day, pretty gross.

The location is prime, with easy access to public transportation. The staff was very cute and happy to answer my questions. The room was comfortable (I slept like a baby).

The bathroom sink drained very slowly. I was not able to report this because nobody answered the phone when I called. When I went down to reception, there was nobody around (it was quite strange).
