helpful staff convenient location harbor view
I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff . The location proved very convenient. I enjoyed harbor views and comfortable, air-conditioned rooms, a plus on a hot day.

central location reasonable rate
the hotel is very central. walking is easier than using a car. i could walk a maximum of 15 minutes to many destinations. waterfront walks, restaurants, pyrmont bridge, and star casino are easily accessible. the overnight parking rate was reasonable with hotel validation.
the corridors felt dated. the bathrooms also was dated. the shower quality needs improvements.

The staff was lovely! They added an extra bed in our room at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. The location is great, I walked everywhere. The breakfast buffet had many options.
The elevator made consistent noise from early in the morning.

Darling Harbor is less than a 5 minute walk. There are lots of restaurants and bars near the harbor. Barangaroo wharf area is also nearby.

The gym had modern equipment for various workouts. The hotel also featured a spa with different treatments. There was a rooftop bar for evening relaxation.
